Furry Commissions

Here are my Terms of Service for my furry commissions!

Introduction:• Sending payment for the order means that you have read and accepted these T.O.S. and plan to follow them properly.• Being ignorant of the rules is not an excuse to break them. I reserve the right to block or refuse future service to anyone who breaks these rules.

Payment:• Payment must be through Ko-Fi and prices are in USD. Be mindful of conversion rates when you order.• I accept half payment after I send you the initial sketch, and full payment once the piece is finished. I must receive full payment before I send you a high-resolution un-watermarked copy of your commission. Until I accept the full payment, the most you will receive is the low-resolution watermarked version of the finished piece.• As soon as you provide payment, you’ve accepted the commission, and refunds will not be issued.

Important Information:• I am willing to be flexible with prices to a certain extent. DM me on Discord and we can discuss payment plans and budgets.• Progress updates will be posted on Trello. Please do not repeatedly ask me when your project will be done.• In each of my commissions I will indicate who owns the character if/when I post it.

Rights:• You are more than allowed to post your commission publicly with proper credit to me (my username/url clearly visible or linked). However, even after payment is completed and the commission is received, you cannot use the piece for commercial purposes. It may be your character but it's still my work.• I have the right to cancel your order if I perceive you as an unsafe/untrustworthy person. If I think that you might be trying to scam me or if you’re behaving in a suspicious way (or even just making me uncomfortable), I will decline the order and block you. If your commission is in progress and I feel the need to cancel the order, you will be issued a full refund.

Add-ons that may require an additional charge:• additional characters
• wings
• complex hairstyles
• complex designs
• additional limbs
• detailed clothingThese add-ons will range in price depending on level of complexity but won't exceed $10 per add-on.

Drawing Process:• I have every right to interpret your character in my style. For example, I have the right to edit the color palette to be more cohesive, but it will not be changed in a way to alter the overall appearance and recognizability of the character.• I accept changes at the initial sketch stage if I missed a minor detail (horns, spots, accessories, etc). No additional charge is required for the first two edits.• The amount of time each commission takes varies from my state of health, amount of free time, and the complexity of the commission. If you would like a progress update, you can check my Trello. I will send WIPs as I finish each stage.• If you need to keep the artwork private (gift for a birthday or other holiday), then specify what time it’s safe to post when ordering of the commission. Otherwise, I will post it on FA or Instagram shortly after the finished piece is sent to you.

NSFW Commissions

All NSFW commissions must be requested and paid for by adults over the age of 18. I will ask you to verify your age if you request an NSFW commission. Anyone who chooses not to verify their age will be denied and blocked.
